I manage a $12.9M Greenville Sales District, which includes 152 accounts such as Walmart, Harris Teeter, and Publix. The district has performed at 98.3% to plan which has moved YTD sales from 94.9 in Q1 to 97.0% to plan through period 8. I rank 45 in the country on SCI which is top 4% in the country on service as scheduled 99.5%, service to standard 97.1%, and standard to growing calls over prior year 106.2%. I lead a team of 14 members to improve sales, efficiency, and CMA, and we work in the market to understand customer needs and drive growth. I also collaborate with Key Account Managers to ensure compliance and conduct regular meetings to assess performance and marketing strategies. Additionally, I conduct interviews and hiring events for new candidates.

Attend monthly meetings with the Atlantic Region Execution Manager and other Marketing SMEs from different zones to discuss execution priorities for the Marketing Playbook. Deliver presentations every two weeks in zone-wide meetings on the current period's execution using POET (Product Ordering and Execution Tool), which includes reinforcing POET open and close deadlines, instructing the team on how to use POET overlap tracking tools and gap planning tools, and sharing best practices on POS, IRCs, national and innovation execution priorities.

I developed a competitive analysis for counter mount soap dispensers which were used in the development of the next-generation dispensing systems. I researched competitive counter mount technology that influenced key focus areas for future innovation. I facilitated a sustainability project to investigate potential opportunities to reduce the use of plastics through Loop to make Gojo a more sustainable and eco-friendly company. I organized a customer segmentation project to better understand market penetration in the counter mount dispensing category.
INTEGRATED MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS PROJECT

Developed a 50-page comprehensive integrated contra seasonal marketing communications plan for Cruze Farm, a well-known ice cream chain in east Tennessee.
Our team worked together to perform research and interpret customer data to develop branding, positioning, and IMC strategies. I planned out weekly team meetings and delegated tasks to manage time. Our team presented the plan to business owners so they can utilize strategies in their marketing plan.

Led a 5-member team to develop and carry out a digital marketing email automation program for a local business. We consulted with the business to understand their needs and to focus the team on achieving the project deliverable of increasing the number of returning clients.
